 1.  Can I pay for my order using my credit card if I live outside of the United States?
We do NOT accept credit cards for International orders UNLESS you are able to supply us with the name of the bank that issued your credit card and the bank's phone number.  We will then call your bank to verify the card number matches your name and address...this is for your protection.
Or if you prefer, you are welcome to send a money order or bank cashier's check in US $.
On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties.   For customers outside of the U.S., we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise...not to another person at another address.

 


 

 2.  How can I buy my FantasiaWear if I don't have a credit card?
We welcome Money Orders and Bank Cashier's Checks as well as all major credit cards.  All banks and most grocery stores and drug stores are able to give you a piece of paper called a money order equal to the amount of cash or currency you give them.  You can not pay for a money order with a check, only cash money.  You then make the money order payable to FantasiaWear, Inc. and mail it to us along with a description of what you want to buy with your money order.

 


 

 3.  Do you send orders C.O.D.?
No, we do not send any orders that have not been paid for in advance.  We will not send your order to you C.O.D.

 


 

 4.  How can I tell what size will fit me best?
You are welcome to take advantage of our size chart.  The chart reflects the average measurements and size conversions of most of the factories we work with.  The chart is not exact and absolute for every item of clothing we sell, but it will give you a good approximation.
You are also welcome to take advantage of our shoe size chart.

 


 

 5.  Can I return my FantasiaWear for a larger size?
        All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order, simply return the item(s) within ten (10) days for a refund.   It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued.  There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns unless the mistake was our fault.  There is no restocking fee if you are returning an item for a different size or color.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless it was our error.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear.  Due to State and Federal Regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as Panties, Thongs, Teddies, One Piece Swimsuits, Bikini Bottoms, Babydolls with Matching Panty, etc.), so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.  Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, chemises, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging.  Please call us (800-850-3268) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned to FantasiaWear, Inc. without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) may be refused.

No, we no longer offer printed catalogs.  But, good news, you have already found our extensive online catalog,  New items are being added weekly and other items are being discontinued, so our online catalog is now a better way for us to serve you.

11. I asked for Next Day Air shipping when I ordered two days ago
         and I still haven't received my order...What's up with that?
As stated at the web site and on your e-mail receipt, we thank our customers for giving us 1 to 9 BUSINESS days to process their orders (PLUS the delivery time of the carrier that our customer chooses)...Possibly longer if we experience backorders.
Example: If you chose Next Day Air (UPS or Express Mail), that does not mean you will necessarily get your package the next day.  The estimated delivery time would be 1 to 9 WORKING days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order PLUS the estimated 1 day for delivery time of the carrier you chose. The time of arrival could possibly be longer if an item is on backorder.
This is why we ask our customers to write a brief note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box of their order and also email us (info@fantasiawear.com) and phone us (800-850-3268) to alert us of any deadlines, special needs or requested rush deliveries. This helps us serve you better so that we can pay special attention to your order or let you know that we will be unable to meet your deadline so that you have enough time to make other arrangements...or you can let us know that you still want the item even though we cannot deliver it on the date you requested.

 


 

12. How do I convert from Men's shoe sizes to Women's shoe sizes?

Example: If you chose Air Parcel Post (Air Mail), that does not mean you will necessarily get your package in a few days.  The estimated delivery time would be 1 to 9 WORKING days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order PLUS the estimated days for delivery time of the carrier you chose. The time of arrival could possibly be longer if an item is on backorder.  
It is difficult to be exact about arrival time because of the many variables of Air Mail Delivery, customs inspections and paperwork, paying of tariffs, duties or taxes in your country and the speed and efficiency of the delivery within your country...none of which we have control over.

19. My shopping cart order did not go through...what's wrong?
Most of the time your order was rejected for one or more of the following reasons...
   -You were over the credit limit of your credit card.
   -You left a required information box empty.
   -The card number you entered was invalid or expired.
   -The expiration date did not match the credit card number.
   -The billing address did not match the credit card number.
   -Your name did not match the name on the credit card.
Or possibly our server or credit card processor could be temporarily unavailable or down.

 


 

20. How do make sure I get a refund to my credit card if I cancel my order?
Most of the time your credit card is NOT charged until your order is ready to ship, unless possibly if it is a special order item not usually in stock in our warehouse.  So, usually, if you haven't yet received the item, your credit card was probably was not charged.  If your order was already shipped when you canceled, you may only be responsible for a 20% restocking fee as well as the shipping costs.

 


 

21. Can I ship a FantasiaWear gift to a different address than mine?
On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties.   For customers outside of the United States, we will only ship to the person ordering the merchandise (the name on the credit card)...not to another person at another address.
For U.S. customers shipping inside the U.S., we are happy to send an item or gift to a second party at a different address within the United States after we verify your identity with your credit card company.  There is an additional $3 handling fee for this service.

 


 

22. How will I recognize the charge on my monthly credit card billing statement?

23. It looks like FantasiaWear/SAM AS INC has charged my credit card TWICE...What's Up?
Your credit card probably has NOT been charged. Your card was probably only AUTHORIZED.
We usually DO NOT charge our customers' cards until we ship their orders.When you place an order with us, our shopping cart automatically has our online server contact your credit card's computer to let your credit card company know that there is a PENDING sale on your card number. The credit card company's computer then notifies the computer of the Bank that issued your credit card to you. At this time your bank reserves the dollar amount of the purchase you made with us to insure that the funds ($) will be available when we finally charge your card. This reserving of funds done by your bank is called an AUTHORIZATION. Many bank computers are not able to give a detailed statement to you to indicate that this is an Authorization...instead they just list it as a Debit or Charge. Many bank customer service employees are not trained to distinguish an Authorization from an actual Charge. The money is still probably in your account in a reserved status. 24. I'm buying some of your camouflage items (a top, shorts, a bikini, etc.)...How can I make sure the separates will match?
As we mentioned at our web site...CAMOUFLAGE FABRICS are similar in the CR Collection (Cabo Rica CR- women's bikinis & shorts), the CB Collection (Lady Camo CB- men's & women's tops, shorts, t-shirts, headbands and more) and the EP Collection (EP- women's tops, shorts, skirts, bras, thongs, etc.)

But if you want the closest fabric match you should get your top and bottom from the same collection...you might want to choose your camouflage set so that ALL ITEM CODE NUMBERS START WITH THE SAME LETTERS...THEN THEY COME FROM THE SAME FACTORY AND THE FABRIC MATCHES EXACTLY.
If your Camouflage items will be worn separatey, say with jeans and not together at the same time as a set, then this will probably be of no concern to you. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to make any changes in your order.

 


 

25. I'm getting some of your LEATHER & VINYL items...Do they run a little small?...How can I check sizing?
Please be reminded the our Leather and Vinyl items have a tendency to run a little small. If you are debating between two sizes, it would probaly be a good idea to choose the larger of the two sizes.

www.FantasiaWear.com has been on the internet with a secure shopping cart for over twelve years.
We are different from most other E-commerce websites in that the website (pictures, links, descriptions) and the Shopping Cart are NOT bundled together as one website. We prefer the security of keeping our descriptive catalog website separate from our Shopping Cart website. Therefore, when you are shopping you might not see the Secure Lock icon on your monitor screen...but when you are in the shopping cart finalizing your order and entering your Credit Card information, you are in a Secure environment. 27. You sent me notification that my order has shipped...I went to the Post Office web site (www.USPS.com) to track my package and it looks like it hasn't shipped yet...What's up?
Usually, approximately 12 hours AFTER the item is shipped (but NOT before), you can track it by visiting http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm (or calling 800-222-1811).
Just copy and paste the tracking number, leaving out any spaces and hyphens/dashes (-). If you attempt to track you package before this update, you will only see that FantasiaWear (the shipper) has electronically notified the Post Office that your package is on the way to them.
Our computer system is connected directly with the U.S. Postal System. Our corporate computer notifies them directly when your package is on our truck for delivery to the Post Office. Usually, the next log entry is when it is scanned at the post office, then going through the sorting facilities in Seattle and then sorted again in the postal facility in your area. Then the final scan is made when the delivery attempt is made to you, our customer. U.S. Priority Mail usually takes 2-4 Business days in transit from our Seattle location to you in the USA.
