FantasiaWear is happy to ship your order to you anywhere in the World.  We accept credit cards for International orders if you are kind enough to follow these rules..(This is needed for the FIRST order only so that we can establish your identity of our INTERNATIONAL customers…future international orders will not require this).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE USA)
We ship to most countries all over the world. Below you will find some approximate shipping costs to just a few regions, cost in US dollars, package weight in US pounds. This short list of shipping costs is provided to you to assist you in approximating the cost of shipping your products to you in your country (yes, we are happy to ship orders that exceed 10 pounds). Remember, the costs below DO NOT include any customs, taxes or tarifs charged by your country on imported goods. Shipping transit times are approximate because times held in import customs varies. If you have an important deadline and need to Track your order on its way to your destination, you should consider the more expensive United Parsel Service (UPS) instead of the more economical U.S. Postal Service.

We do not accept Credit Card orders outside of the United States if we are not able to verify your name, address and credit card number with your bank.  You will need to supply us with your bank's or credit card company's name and telephone number.    If this is not possible, your international order must be pre-paid with a Bank Cashier's Check, Money Order in U.S. Dollars or Western Union Wire...please contact us to let us know your payment is on the way.
YOUR CARD VERIFICATION VALUE NUMBER IS YOUR ADDITIONAL PROTECTION -- to ensure your credit card information is not being used fraudulently, please email this number to us... sales@sam-fw.com .  We must have this number if you are a customer outside of the USA.
If you are using a Visa, Discover or MasterCard, please provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value). This is the non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the Visa or MC card account number.
If your credit card is an American Express card please provide the 4-digit CID (Confidential Identifier Number). This is the 4 digit, non-embossed number printed above your account number on the face of your card.

IF YOU WISH TO MAIL IN YOUR ORDER...

Please write down the following information on a sheet of paper:
        1.  Item Number
        2.  How many of that item you want to order
        3.  A BRIEF description of the item
        4.  What size you want
        5.  What color you want

Next, please total up your purchase amount by adding up the following:
        1.  The cost of the apparel (Quantity X Price per Item)
        2.  The shipping & handling cost
                -Please call Customer Service at 800-850-3268 for your shipping/handling costs (min. $5)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS  For FIRST TIME customers outside of the U.S., we will ONLY ship to your credit card billing address for your FIRST order with us.  We will only ship to second parties, if, no less than 2 months ago, you have placed a successful order with us that shipped to the billing address of your credit card.   We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or redirected INTERNATIONAL orders and merchandise not received by INTERNATIONAL customers.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AND TAXES, TARIFFS, ETC. IMPOSED BY THEIR COUNTRY...Because FantasiaWear, Inc. ships to so many countries around the world, it is impossible for us to constantly keep up with the import and customs regulations and charges for each city, region and country.  For this reason please be advised that it is the responsibility of each of our international customers to be aware of the customs taxes, tariffs, and import duties for their particular region.  We can let you know the cost of the items you ordered and the shipping charges, but the customs taxes and import duties are your responsibility.
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE HOME, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with a member of your household, a neighbor, appartment manager, etc. to secure your package.  SAM, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) records that your package was delivered to your specified address.

RUSH SHIPPING...If you prefer, we can also ship your order one or two day air by Express Mail, UPS or FedEx...for Rush Charges and to speed-up in-house processing time, please call  (253) 927-7766 or e-mail sales@sam-fw.com .  Please remember to include our in-house processing time when estimating delivery date. 
OUR IN-HOUSE PROCESSING TIME is usually between 1 and 9 working days (sometimes longer on some items that are back ordered).  If you have a special occasion coming up in the immediate future, call us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline.  We ship U.S. Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise (for example, Next Day Express Mail). 
TERMS OF SALE
        All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order and desire a refund, simply return the item(s) within FIFTEEN (15) days of the date we shipped to you.   It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued.  There is a 20% Restocking Fee that applied to all returns.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear.  Due to State and Federal Regulations, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as panties, thongs, teddies, thong back bikini bottoms, etc.), so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.  Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging.  Please call us (+01-253-927-7766) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) risk being refused and sent back to you.
