As stated at the web site and on your e-mail receipt, we thank our customers for giving us 1 to 9 BUSINESS days to process their orders (PLUS the delivery time of the carrier that our customer chooses)...Possibly longer if we experience factory backorders.

Example: If you chose Next Day Air (UPS or Express Mail), that does not mean you will necessarily get your package the next day.  The estimated delivery time would be 1 to 9 WORKING days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order PLUS the estimated 1 day for delivery time of the carrier you chose.  There could possibly be longer delays if an item is on backorder.

Priority Mail International- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.comDelivery usually in about 5-12 days, depending on your country's location. (This is our standard way of shipping Intl. orders)

Express Mail International- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com Delivery usually in about 3-5 days, depending on your country's location.  Online shipping charge is only approximate, if this needs to be altered, we will contact you by email for your approval.

UPS Express International- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com.  Delivery usually in about 2-4 days. (most expensive option)

Priority Mail- USA only- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com.  Delivery usually in about 2-4 days. (This is our standard way of shipping orders and most economical method.)

Express Mail- USA only- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com.  Delivery usually in about 1-2 days.

UPS Ground- USA only- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com.  Delivery usually in about 1-6 days depending on your location in the USA.

UPS 3 DAY AIR- USA only- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com.  Delivery in 3 days in the USA.

TERMS OF SALE
        All items are inspected before being shipped.  If you are not happy with your order and desire a refund, simply return the item(s) within FIFTEEN (15) days of the date we shipped to you.   It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s) for a refund check to be issued.  There is a 20% Restocking Fee that applied to all returns.  There is no restocking fee for exchanges.   Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by FantasiaWear.  Due to State and Federal Regulations,
we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as panties, thongs, teddies, thong  back bikini bottoms, etc.), so double check that you have the item #, description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.  Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, etc. can only be returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging.  All sales are final on CLOSEOUT items, no returns and no exchanges.  No free shipping on CLOSEOUT items over $50.  Please call us (800-SAM-1221) for a Return Authorization Number.  Packages returned without a visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) risk being refused and sent back to you.

If you have an important deadline and need to Track your order on its way to your destination, you should consider the more expensive United Parsel Service (UPS) instead of the more economical U.S. Postal Service. Our normal method of shipping International orders is via the U.S. Postal Service, but we also offer UPS shipping as well.
