As
stated at the web site and on your e-mail receipt, we thank our customers for
giving us 1 to 9 BUSINESS days to process their orders (PLUS the delivery time
of the carrier that our customer chooses)...Possibly longer if we experience
backorders.
Example: If you chose Next Day Air (UPS or Express Mail), that does not mean you will necessarily get your package the next day. The estimated delivery time would be 1 to 9 WORKING days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order PLUS the estimated 1 day for delivery time of the carrier you chose. There could possibly be longer delays if an item is on backorder.
We guarantee that your order will be the size, color and style that you ordered. If we ship you something in error, return the item to us within 10 days. Because it was our fault, we will send you the correct item (if it has not been discontinued) and give you credit for your expense of shipping it back to us via Priority Mail.
On international orders, we do not ship to Second Parties. For customers outside of the United States, we will only ship to a second party (a person other than the name on the credit card) if we can verify the cardholder's identification with the bank that issued the credit card...please include the name of the bank and their phone number when you order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or redirected INTERNATIONAL orders and merchandise not received by INTERNATIONAL customers.

For U.S. customers shipping inside the U.S., we are happy to send an item or gift to a second party at a different address after we verify your identity with your credit card company. There is an additional $3 handling fee for this service.

following information on a sheet of paper:
1. Item Number (example: Z-0005)
2. How many of that item you
want to return
3. A BRIEF description of the
item (Shimmer Lace Teddy or Cotton Lycra Ladder Dress)
4. What size of the item you
are ordering.
5. What color of the item you
are ordering.
Next, please total up
your purchase amount by adding up the following:
1. The cost of the apparel
(Quantity X Price per Item=Cost)
2. The shipping & handling
cost ($5 minimum for Priority Mail, Call Us for Your Shipping)
3. If you live in the State of
Washington, add 8.6% sales tax

Our in-house processing time is usually between 1 and 9 working days (sometimes longer on some items that are back ordered). If you have a special occasion coming up in the immediate future, call us to see if we can speed-up processing to get it out by your deadline. We ship U.S. Priority Mail (except International orders) and U.S. Express Mail unless you specify otherwise (UPS Next Day Air, FedEx, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.). Sorry, no C.O.D. orders please.
TERMS OF SALE
All items are
inspected before being shipped. If you are not happy with your order,
simply return the item(s) within thirty
(30) days for a refund.
It may take up to 3 weeks from the day we receive the returned item(s)
for a refund check to be issued. There is a 20%
restocking fee applied to all returns unless the mistake was our fault.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges or in-store credit. Shipping
fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless it
was our error. You will also be charged for the shipping charges back to
you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by US. Due
to State and Federal Regulations, we
cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (such as Panties,
Thongs, Teddies, One Piece Swimsuits, Bikini Bottoms, Opened Packages of
Pantyhose or Bodystockings, Babydolls with Matching Panty, Fantasy Costumes with
Matching Panties, etc.), so double check that you have the item #,
description, size and color written correctly before you place your order.
Other items like dresses, shoes, boots, robes, chemises, etc. can only be
returned if unworn, have original tags and are in original packaging ready to be
resold. Please call us (800-850-3268) for a Return
Authorization Number. Packages returned to FantasiaWear, Inc. without a
visible Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) may be refused.

INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES! WE COULD ALSO BE PUBLISHING THE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL AND
PHONE NUMBER THAT WAS ON THE FRAUDULENT ORDER AND WHERE THE STOLEN ITEMS WERE TO
BE SHIPPED. THIS COULD BE FOUND AT OUR WEB SITE TO HELP PEOPLE WHOSE CARDS HAVE
BEEN STOLEN AND USED ILLEGALLY, TO WARN OTHER E-COMMERCE WEB SITES AND TO ALERT
LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WHO WILL BE
PERIODICALLY VISITING OUR ANTI-FRAUD WEB PAGE...NOT TO MENTION CALLING THE
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OVER 40,000 VISITORS WE HAVE AT
FANTASIAWEAR EVERY DAY.
