Our in house processing time is usually from ONE to NINE working days...POSSIBLY LONGER IF ITEMS ARE ON FACTORY BACKORDER. | Our standard shipping method is USPS Prioity Mail. | UPS Ground is available in U.S. 48 contiguous states only. In some cases, we will be upgrading your UPS Ground shipment request to the quicker USPS Priority Mail at no change in cost to you. |
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE HOME, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with a member of your household, a neighbor, appartment manager, etc. to secure your package. FantasiaWear, Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) records that your package was delivered to your specified address.
DISCREET PACKAGING...Your item is discreetly shipped to you in an unmarked brown/white box or a generic US Postal Service red, white and blue envelope or box. The return address we put on the package discreetly just reads "FW Apparel", no mention of "Lingerie", etc.
DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS...We will ship to a second party address within the U.S., if you are a REPEAT customer with a previous order on file placed at least 2 MONTHS PRIOR to today's order date. We prefer to ship to the BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD THAT IS BEING USED TO PAY FOR THE ORDER for first-time customers. ANY REQUEST TO SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS from a first-time customer must be followed up with an email or phone call to confirm ID.
