INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS... For customers outside of the U.S., we will only ship to second parties if requested, if we can verify the ID of the cardholder with his bank...please supple name of bank and telephone number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or redirected INTERNATIONAL orders and merchandise not received by INTERNATIONAL customers.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AND TAXES, TARIFFS, ETC. IMPOSED BY THEIR COUNTRY... Because FantasiaWear, Inc. ships to so many countries around the world, it is impossible for us to constantly keep up with the import and customs regulations and charges for each city, region and country. For this reason please be advised that it is the responsibility of each of our international customers to be aware of the customs taxes, tariffs, and import duties for their particular region. We can let you know the cost of the items you ordered and the shipping charges, but the customs taxes and import duties are your responsibility.

IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE HOME, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS with a member of your household, a neighbor, apartment manager, etc. to secure your package. SAM, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier (Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc.) records that your package was delivered to your specified address.

WE GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER will be the size, color and style that you ordered. If we ship you something in error, return the item to us within FIFTEEN (15) days of the date we shipped to you. Because it was our fault, we will send you (at our expense) the correct item (if it has not been discontinued) and give you credit for your expense of shipping it back to us via U.S. Priority Mail.

We usually have most items in stock, but during this Covid pandemic aftermath it is sometimes a challenge to get products from our factories in a timely manner.  Sometimes factories have a temporary shortage of workers and/or supply chain issues.

We appreciate for your understanding with any delays.

Please allow some additional time for seasonal volume like Christmas, 4th-of-July and Halloween...order well ahead of time.  During these times, FW, the factories and/or the carriers have additional volume...it is difficult to guarantee any delivery dates.  Some factories close from Christmas through New Year's (Dec. 24 - Jan. 2).

As stated at the web site and on your e-mail receipt, we thank our customers for giving us 1 to 9 BUSINESS days (note exceptions discussed here) to process their orders (PLUS the delivery time of the carrier that our customer chooses)...Possibly longer if we experience factory backorders, delivery issues, etc.

Example: If you chose Next Day Air (UPS or Express Mail), that does not mean you will necessarily get your package the next day. The estimated delivery time would be 1 to 9 WORKING days (not including weekends or holidays, note exceptions discussed here) to process your order PLUS the estimated 1-2 days for delivery time of the carrier you chose. There could possibly be longer delays if an item is on backorder.

DEADLINES- If you need your item(s) for special event coming up or have a deadline, you must give us that date when you place your order.  Please email your deadline date to info@sam-fw.com, so we can possibly speed up delivery and processing to meet your special needs.

During your ordering process you are given two opportunities to write notes to us...the more information we have, allows us to do a better job for you.  If a customer has a deadline, on our website and in their order confirmation email, they are clearly told to alert us immediately of that deadline date.  We can then let them know up-front...

  1. Yes, we should probably be able to make that date...
  2. Their deadline date is cutting it close, it may or may not happen...or
  3. There is no way we can meet their deadline.  Then they can make a calculated decision to move forward with their order, or not.

Whether your deadline is tomorrow or months away, we must have a note you wrote on your order, or an email from you (immediately after you placed your order, not a few days later) giving us your deadline.  If we have to order from the factory, once our order is placed with the factory, your order is locked...no changes can be made.

By choosing this basic shipping service, you understand that this shipping option is so economical because there are NO GUARANTEES, and you agree to not execute any chargeback procedures with your bank and credit card company or demand any refund from FantasiaWear/SAM AS INC for product cost and/or shipping charges if item(s) are not received. AIR MAIL INTERNATIONAL is only available for orders with product total under $40.
FantasiaWear offers AIR MAIL INTL. for the convenience of our international customers that are just placing small orders like a couple of pairs of stockings or just one bikini...this service is NOT available for heavier, larger items like shoes or boots.
Must be able to fit your order into a 7 inch by 11 inch envelope.
AIR MAIL INTL. travel time is usually 10-15 business days with no signature required at delivery...so if needed, please make arrangements with a member of your household, a trusted neighbor or your postal carrier (remember to add our in-house processing time of usually 1-9 business days).

Priority Mail International- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com. Delivery usually in about 5-12 days, depending on your country's location. (This is our standard way of shipping Intl. orders)

Express Mail International- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com. Delivery usually in about 3-5 days, depending on your country's location. Online shipping charge is only approximate, if this needs to be altered, we will contact you by email for your approval.

UPS Express International- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com. Delivery usually in about 2-4 days. (most expensive option)

Priority Mail- USA only- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com. Delivery usually in about 2-4 days. (This is our standard way of shipping orders and most economical method.)

Express Mail- USA only- Tracking number provided with limited tracking online at www.USPS.com. Delivery usually in about 1-2 days.

UPS Ground- USA only- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com. Delivery usually in about 1-6 days depending on your location in the USA.

UPS 3 DAY AIR- USA only- Tracking number provided with detailed tracking online at www.UPS.com. Delivery in 3 days in the USA.
